The quick cycle time can generate a fast turnaround for large volume requirements that you would find in a dental setting or manufacturing process.

To refurbish this particular autoclave, we have followed the exact steps outlined below:

• All components, cosmetics, and functionality of the M7 autoclave are thoroughly inspected by us.
• Replace all parts that are badly worn.
• As needed, sand and paint the frame and the chassis.
• Get rid of all debris and particulates from the reservoir tank.
• Clean and polish the chamber and reservoir. Blow out all lines.
• Whenever necessary, replace safety mechanisms, controls, relays, condenser, thermostat, valves, switches, filters, and any other parts that need to be replaced.
• All moving parts should be cleaned and lubricated.
• Make sure that all pressure and water leaks are repaired.
• Make sure that the door closure is lubricated and checked.
• Regardless of the condition of the door gasket, it is replaced.
• Test and calibrate the instrument by following the manufacturer's specifications.
• Adding additional assurance by repeating the cycle testing.
• In the chamber, we carried out spore testing at different places.
