This Tuttnauer autoclave has been meticulously refurbished as follows:

• All components, cosmetics, and functional aspects of the vehicle are thoroughly inspected.
• All worn-out or underperforming parts are replaced.
• Sand and paint the frame and chassis if necessary.
• Clean the reservoir tank to remove debris and particulates.
• Cleaning and polishing chambers will result in better performance. Be sure all the lines are blown out.
• As needed, replace safety mechanisms, controls, relays, condenser tubes, overheat thermostats, valves, switches, filters, and all other components.
• Make sure all moving parts are properly lubricated and cleaned.
• Make sure that all leaks in the water supply and pressure lines are repaired.
• Ensure the door closure is in good working order and lubricated. Replace the door gasket.
• Make sure the calibration of the instrument meets the manufacturer's specifications.
• In order to increase the level of assurance, cycle testing was performed repeatedly.
• In the spore test, various areas of the chamber will be examined for spores.
